Common questions

How do credits work?

Each action uses credits: for example a typed question uses 2, a photo question 3, and a study set 5. Your balance resets daily, weekly and monthly, as shown in Profile. Premium plans include more credits.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

I bought Premium but don't see it

Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore, signed in to the same account you purchased with.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your data. Remember to cancel any active subscription in your store settings too.

How do I report an answer?

Open the answer in Explore and use Report, or block the author. We review every report.
