These terms are an agreement between you and Cool With Tech for using Solver: AI Study Companion. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian should review them with you.

Using the app

The app helps you understand schoolwork with AI explanations, study tools and a tutor. Use it to learn: follow your school's rules on homework, tests and academic honesty. Do not use the app to cheat on graded assessments.

AI answers

Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are for learning support only, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Check important work with your teacher or other reliable sources.

Your account

Keep your login private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account anytime in Profile.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or write. You give us permission to store and process it to run the app. If you publish an answer in Explore, you let other students view it in the app. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights or shares personal information. Students can report answers and block authors; we review reports and remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Credits and subscriptions

• The free plan includes a limited number of credits, with ads. Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly) add more credits, premium features and remove ads.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, scrape content, get around credit limits, or use it to harm others.

Ending access

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the app at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Cool With Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI answers. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Apple

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
